The first lab of the exchange format «Hosting the MULTIVERSE» by compagnie O. focuses on networking.
  • Relaxed Setting

‘Hosting the Multiverse’ is an exchange format within the project ‘MULTIVERSE – neurodiversity in the arts’. Through various facilitated formats – in writing and orally, individually, in small groups and in plenary – participants identify barriers that make sustained, equal participation in the cultural field difficult or impossible for neurodivergent people, and outline concrete measures to improve accessibility. Across different editions, compagnie O. focuses on different core themes.

The first 2026 edition of Hosting the Multiverse focuses on the theme of networking. In this Lab format, a smaller group (max. 15 participants) is invited to share their personal experiences: neurodivergent cultural practitioners, cultural practitioners leading neurodiverse teams and representatives from cultural institutions with genuine interest and willingness to act – venues, funders, networks, training institutions and more. Participation is by application and invitation, and is paid.

The Lab is facilitated by Marie Alexis and Mona De Weerdt (compagnie O.).

Open Call

Applications for the first ‘MULTIVERSE – neurodiversity in the performing arts’ lab will be accepted until 26 August 2026. The lab is aimed at neurodivergent artists, artists in leadership roles and representatives of cultural institutions, and participants will receive remuneration. Full details of the open call and the application process can be found here.
